Proposal · Website Migration & Search Strategy
Oracle Energy has twenty-five years of work behind it and a website that search engines effectively cannot see. This proposal covers the migration, the technical repair, and the content programme that turns the site into a source of enquiries rather than a brochure.
Measured 10 August 2026 across the live site, Google's own performance and keyword data, and the Google Business Profile.
None of this reflects the business. There is no penalty to recover from and no reputational problem to fix — the site has simply never been built to be found. Every issue identified is a construction problem with a known solution, which is why the work below is scoped as a defined project rather than an open-ended engagement.
Each phase depends on the one before it. There is no value in writing service pages onto a platform we are about to replace, and no value in migrating a site whose fundamentals stay broken.
Squarespace caps what can be fixed. The platform ships roughly 326 KB of unused JavaScript and 129 KB of unused CSS on every page load, and neither can be removed from inside it. WordPress is the industry standard, gives full control of speed, structure and markup, and is what your ongoing content programme will need.
These are the fixes that make the site legible to search engines and usable on a phone. They are quick, they are measurable, and they are the reason the site currently ranks for nothing but its own name.
Right now every service Oracle Energy offers — powerline infrastructure, HV and LV cable jointing, underground networks, deep earthing — is compressed into one 554-word page. Google has a single page to rank for eight service lines, so it ranks for none of them. Each service needs its own page, written for the buyers who commission that work.
llms.txt and AI-readable markup for assistant visibilityThe profile is currently listed under the single category “Electrician” — domestic sparky territory for a company delivering HV infrastructure to mining and government clients. It carries no photos and one review, left five years ago.
Configured properly, then handed to you. At your current spend level, ongoing agency management would cost more than it returns, so we are deliberately not proposing it.
The domain sits with Webcentral under a third-party arrangement, with renewals and invoicing outside Oracle Energy's direct control. We move it to an account you own outright.
Oracle Energy sells to mining, government, civil and construction. Those are the same buyers we work with every day — not a general consumer audience.

Partum Engineering is the closest parallel to Oracle Energy we have worked with: substation, transmission and distribution power line design, selling to the same utilities and resource clients you do.
A selection weighted towards industrial and B2B clients, where the sales cycle looks like yours.

Email administration. We need to know who controls the Microsoft 365 tenant before we schedule the cutover, so mail flow can be verified on both sides of the DNS change. This is the only dependency that could move the go-live date.
We are an Australian agency working with clients from local trades through to Tattarang. We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification and are a Google Premier Partner, which places us in the top 3% of Google partners in Australia. For Oracle Energy, the relevant part is that we have run this exact migration many times, including for businesses whose email could not go down for an hour.
Thirty-six staff in West Leederville, all in-house. These four would be your direct contacts, each owning a specific part of the engagement.

Reply to this proposal or call and we will issue the engagement letter and access checklist. The domain transfer is the longest lead item, so we would start that first regardless of when the build begins.
If any part of the scope should be adjusted — dropping the Ads setup, or starting with phases 1 and 2 and deferring the content programme — say so and we will reissue. The phases are deliberately separable.
